Regardless of the model that Cheektowaga drivers select, performance specs will be the same. Rear-wheel drive comes standard on the F-150 XL and F-150 XLT, but it's possible to upgrade to four-wheel drive. Check out the details here:
- Engines: Take your pick from a 3.3L V6 rated at 290 hp, a 2.7L EcoBoost® V6 rated at 325 hp, or a 5.0L Ti-VCT V8 rated at 395 hp.
- Transmissions: A 6-speed automatic transmission is standard, while a 10-speed automatic is optional.Â
- Towing Capacity: The V8 engine allows for a maximum towing capacity of 11,400 pounds.
- MPG Rating: The best mpg ratings from the XL and XLT are an EPA-estimated 20 mpg city and 26 mpg highway.
